Steve has successfully spent over 40 years in all facets of home building. In three major geographic areas he has extensively studied the features that prospective buyers want the most in their homes and has used this knowledge to design his present selections of homes for this area. Steve believes that homeowner satisfaction should always be number one, and it must start with a strong commitment from the owners.
Paul brings with him over 30 years of legal expertise especially in the areas of land acquisition and development. The importance of selecting the right land for home development cannot be overemphasized. Homeowner satisfaction starts with the right location for the right price. Paul understands the intricacies of this segment of business and scrutinizes every element that might influence the homebuyer’s choice.
David brings with him over 30 years of experience in making homeowners happy. The key reason he has been successfully involved in over $350 million dollars in sales is that he knows how to relate to a homeowner’s needs and concerns. Also a licensed Real Estate agent of more than 30 years, David provides a high level of ethics and professionalism to the marketing team at Schottenstein Homes.
Brian oversees the physical day-in and day-out contracts with the suppliers and subcontractors. Brian holds a degree in industrial design and interior space design from The Ohio State University and is in a constant process of product design and evaluation. His job is to see that the best materials are used by individuals who know how to use them. To have such an expert on-site ensures your home will be to your expectations.
