Steve has over 40 years of experience in all areas of homebuilding. Across three major regions, he has studied what buyers value most and used that knowledge to design today’s home selections. He believes homeowner satisfaction must always come first, beginning with a strong commitment from ownership.
Paul Coppel
Co-Owner
Paul brings over 30 years of legal expertise, specializing in land acquisition and development. He knows that homeowner satisfaction begins with the right location at the right price and carefully evaluates every factor that can influence a buyer’s decision.
David Parsley
Vice President
David has over 30 years of experience helping homeowners, with more than $350 million in sales built on understanding their needs and concerns. As a licensed real estate agent for over three decades, he brings strong ethics and professionalism to the Schottenstein Homes marketing team.
